Deposits & Cancellations & Important Info
Reservations: We highly recommend reservation to guarentee space on the trip of your choice.

Deposits:
Day Trips-50% of Trip Cost; Multi-Day Trips-25% of trip cost. These deposits will confirm your trip. Balance is due 30 days prior to your departure date. Full payment is required on all trips made within 30 days of departure date.

Cancellations:
Our operating permits limit the number of passengers that we can take. On multi-day trips, if you cancel at least 30 days before your trip: 100% refund; 10-30 days before trip: 75% refund; 0-9 days prior to trip: no refund. We recommend you consider purchasing trip insurance on our multi-day trips.

On day trips, if you cancel 24 hours prior to your departure date & time, you will qualify for a full refund.

Children: Youth rates apply to those of age twelve years and under. The minimum age allowed on any trip depends on the current river conditions.

Service Charge: Prices do not include a service charge, which includes a Federal Land Use Fee.

Group Discounts: We specialize in family reunions, incentive travel, scout, church and school groups. Great discounts are available. Click Here to see the discounts.

Payment: We accept U.S. and Canadian Cash; In State Checks; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Cards.

Pick up Service: Available at selected campgrounds and motels in the West Glacier area.

Photos: Photos will be taken and are available for sale on the majority of our trips. We recommend you only use waterproof cameras on whitewater trips.

Responsibility: Running rivers includes an inherent element of risk. It is your responsibility to be aware of these risks, evaluate your level of fitness and health, and select a trip appropriate for you and your group. You will be required to read and sign an assumption of risk form prior to any trip.
