These great adventure trips are especially popular with families because they combine the best that Glacier has to offer into one full day of fun! Wild River Adventures is the only Montana outfitter in the Glacier National Park area that can offer white water rafting and horseback riding with one stop convenience. These popular combination trips are perfect for families or groups who want a full day of Montana adventure.

For these unique trips we have teamed up with our neighbors, Flying Eagle Outfitters, for a morning trail ride in the heart of the Flathead National Forest. Flying Eagle will take your family on a four-hour journey through mountain trails featuring great views of Glacier National Park. Their horses are well trained and their wranglers are experienced with riders of all ability levels.

After lunch we will take you on our Half Day Whitewater Raft Adventure. This eight-mile river trip floats by towering mountains and through scenic rock walled canyons. It's the perfect way to wash off some trail dust and escape from the afternoon heat as we run some of the nicest whitewater in Glacier country.

No rafting or horseback riding experience is needed for this adventure. This stretch of river is suitable for children age 12 and over during our Spring Runoff season (May-Mid-June), and for children age 6 and older during normal Summer Flows.

Lunch at the Rawhide Trading Post is included on these trips.

Saddle Paddle Adventures are offered once a day and depart from our office at 8:00 AM.

Half Day Glacier Park Saddle Paddle trips are also available.
