Our roots go back to 1974 when George Mumalo founded the first commercial rafting at Glacier Park. George was a pioneer in the industry, and he had the honor of taking then Vice President George Bush on a float trip on the Flathead River through Glacier. George was a mentor and inspiration to a number of our guides and managers.
Since then we’ve changed names and continued to grow.
Over the years Wild River Adventures has taken thousands of satisfied customers down the Middle and North Forks of the Flathead River at Glacier National Park. In addition, we have branched out to provide horse/raft trips and are striving to become your one stop adventure outfitter here in Glacier Country. We feel blessed to assist our customers have the time of their lives during their visit to Glacier National Park.
