Deposits, Cancellations & Important Information

Reservations:
We highly recommend reservation to guarantee space on the trip of your choice.

Deposits:
Payment in full is required upon reservation.

Cancellations:
To cancel and receive a full refund, we required a 24hr notice before your scheduled trip DATE and TIME for Half Day Trips, 48hr notice is needed for Dinner Trips and the Full Day Deluxe Adventure, 72hr notice is needed for any Multi-Day Trips. No fee will be charged or assessed in case of operator cancellation due to weather, dangerous/high river levels, or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.

Children:
Youth rates apply to those of age 12 and under. The minimum age allowed on any trip depends on the current river conditions.

Service Charge:
Prices do not include a service charge, which includes a Federal Land Use Fee.

Group Discounts:
We specialize in family reunions, incentive travel, scout, church and school groups. We also offer discounts to all Military members and EMS employees (fire and police)! Great discounts are available. Click Here to see the discounts. Please call us at 406-387-9453 to make a reservation that qualifies for a discount. Discount MUST be applied upon reservation. We cannot give retrograde discounts.

Payment:
We accept U.S. Cash and all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Pick up Service:
Available at selected campgrounds and motels in the West Glacier area.

Photos:
Photos will be taken and are available for sale on the majority of our trips. We recommend you only use waterproof cameras on whitewater trips. You can view daily photos Online by clicking here.

Responsibility:
Running rivers includes an inherent element of risk. It is your responsibility to be aware of these risks, evaluate your level of fitness and health, and select a trip appropriate for you and your group. You will be required to read and sign an assumption of risk form prior to any trip.

The Whitewater stretch of river is suitable for children age 6 and older during normal Summer Flows. The age minimum may increase during Spring Run-off. Please call the office early season to inquire about current age limitations.

DISCLAIMER: minimum weight requirement for our whitewater trips is 50 POUNDS. Per the industry standard, we require all participants to wear a Type 5 personal floatation device (PFD). All children must be at least 50lbs and have a chest diameter of at least 24″ in circumference.
